TURKISH AND FOREIGN LANGUAGE COURSES PACKAGE COURSE SALES AGREEMENT

 

A student who registers for VATAN ISTANBUL LANGUAGE COURSES by purchasing a package course in Turkish and Foreign Language Courses is deemed to have accepted the following conditions as general registration conditions:

1. Package course discounts are calculated over the non-discounted amounts of the course fees, and the student cannot benefit from other TÖMER discounts other than their own discount.

2. Payments are made by cash or credit card, provided that the total cost of the package course is paid at once. If it is understood, there can be a maximum of 4 installments.

3. The package course fee is refunded in the following cases;

. Students have a documented illness that prevents them from attending the course.

. Foreign students returning to their country for any reason.

4. The package course fee refund covers all unused rates and the refund is made by calculating the full fee. The student can drop or suspend the course by submitting a petition within the first week of the course.

5. The student can get the package rate record from anywhere. He can use the package course he has taken to learn a foreign language for the language he wants.

6. The student can freeze the package course he has taken for once. If the registration freeze period exceeds 4 months, he is taken to the placement test again and continues at the rate appropriate for his level. The registration freeze period does not exceed 1 year.

7. If the student wishes, he/she can transfer his/her rights to another person or persons with a petition. The person who transfers the course right is also given a free placement test and continues the course at the rate appropriate for his/her level.

8. In the following courses, in case a class cannot be opened due to TÖMER, TÖMER may ask the trainee to freeze his/her registration for a period (1 month or 2 months depending on the course purchased). refunded without considering the costs.

9. The package course fee is not affected by the increase in hourly wages after the signing date of this contract.

11. A student has the right to be absent for 20 lesson hours in a course. If the student is absent for more than 20 lesson hours, he must renew his registration.
